As long as it is wired correctly and you don't try to kill it by turning the bass and loudness clear up yes it will work, however as a subwoofer application, its quite small 100 watts X2 at 4 ohm. Without knowing the model of you speakers, Kicker 10's can take around 400 watts rms so I would look for an amp around 700-800 watts rms and a mono block. I think that you would be much happier with the results.
