How do i wire My amp to 2 OHMS?

Hey i have 2 Kenwood KFC-W3012 Subs in a Sealed dual enclosure. i have a KAC-9103D 1800 WATT AMP. It says on the AMP 500 X 1 RMS AT 4 OHMS. i Heard its best to run my subs at 2 ohms. But on my amp there is TWO positive speaker terminals next to eachother and then TWO negative terminals next to those, SO from going to Left to Right its (+) (+) (-) (-). How is this a mono Amp? wouldnt that be 2 channels? if anyone could describe how to run these at 2 ohms that would be great. Thank you! Pictures and diagrams are very useful!
