Can a kenwood kac-9104d amp power 2 12' jl audio w3v3 4 ohms well?

i just got 2 12' jl audio w3v3 4 ohms before i had w1v2 4 ohms. they sounded deadly with the amp. i feel like the new subs aren't showing their true potential or im just going deaf or wrong. is the amp good enough for the subs or should i look into some other amp if so which one.
