Retaking the act help with studying?

Well I'm retaking the act in september and on my first try I got a 22. I was wondering if it was possible to score a 25 or higher on my second try. If so what prep guides do you recommend to help me achieve this. On a side note my individual scores were 18 in english, 24 in math, 23 in reading, 24 in science, and a 19 on my essay.
