What's wrong with my amp? Kenwood exceleon kac- x11d?

so I just bought this amp and installed it in my system it worked fine for a couple of days but then one day I went to play this new song I got and when I turned it up more the amp cut out and started flashing red and saying e-03, now I looked up the error code And it said it is when the speaker wire is shorted or is in contact with the vehicle ground, I checked all the wires and they all seemed fine I decided the unhook the speaker wire and was going to replace them but even with no speaker wires going the the amp it still displayed the error code I even hit the reset button and it didn't help any.. What do I do to get it working?? I just bought it!
