Is it wierd to take the ACT Test just to see if I'm smart?

Im already done with high school and go to a local college. But I want to see if im smarter now? Plus I want to be able to tell people honestly that I got at least a 30 on the Test, without lying. I got a 21 on the ACT, but just tell people that I got a 24/25. I want to retake it and get at least a 30+ so I can tell the truth.
