I HAVE 2 KENWOOD KFC-W3012 12"SUBS AND A KAC-8105D AMPLIFIER CAN ANY TELL ME THE SETTING FOR THE AMP?

What do you mean setting? The gain should be set to the pre-amp output voltage on the head-unit. The ohms that you draw depend on the subs. I don't know what else you really want.
