Help!! A.c.t problem, i'm looking for a college?

Your chances aren't that bad at Saginaw Valley. Almost 40% of people who go there had a GPA less than 3.0 and typical ACT scores are 18-24, so 16 isn't that low. If you can retake it and bring it up just a little, you shouldn't have a problem.
