Failed 2 classes, really need help?

I have failed two classes this year! Earth Science and Intergrated Algebra and I canot attend Summer School because I will be away and am not allowed to stay home to attend it. If I am retaking the classes next year will I still be able to graduate on time? I am in 9th grade going into 10th and i live in New York
