Do I Need A Trigonometry Credit?

I failed my trig class (im REALLY not good at math) and now there making me retake them because i didnt pass the regent. Do i need a trig credit to graduate? cause if i dont then im gonna just drop the class cause i honestly CANT get trig. Math has never been my strong point.
