Can I bring my SAT score up to a 2000?

I just got my SAT scores yesterday: I have a 480 in reading, a 440 in math, and a 490 in writing. All of these equal out to 1410 out of 2400. I'm pretty disappointed but, at the same time its not bad for someone who didn't study at all I think. Anyway I'm going to be retaking the SAT again in November or December, what can I do this summer to get my SAT score to at least a 2000? Can I get a tutor? Can I take classes? Please help! I really want more options in terms of colleges.
